PRIVACY
Privacy policy
What this site stores, why, and how to remove it.
The short version
When Next Reset has no accounts. We never ask for your name, email or password, and we cannot see your OpenAI, ChatGPT, Codex, Claude or Anthropic account or usage.
Server logs
Like most websites, our web server records each request: IP address, time, requested page, referring page and browser type. We use these logs only for security, abuse prevention and troubleshooting, and delete them after 30 days. To limit abuse, write requests are counted per IP address in memory for one minute; that counter is never stored.
Analytics
On whennextreset.com we use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are useful. It sets cookies (such as _ga) and collects pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser information. We do not send any notification data or identifiers to Google Analytics.

Advertising
We may show ads served by Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the internet.
You can opt out of personalized advertising in Google Ads Settings, or opt out of some third-party vendors’ cookies at aboutads.info.
Browser notifications (optional)
If you turn on alerts, your browser’s push service (Google, Mozilla, Apple or Microsoft) gives your browser a delivery address and two encryption keys. We store that address, the keys, your chosen language and a hash of a random management token. Messages are encrypted so that only your browser can read them.
Your own browser keeps the subscription ID, the original token and the address in local storage, so that only you can turn the alerts off. Turning alerts off deletes the stored subscription and its delivery queue. If the push service reports that an address no longer works, we delete it automatically.
